One badly handled case is not disqualifying. Do you want to apply the same standards for yourself and your workplace, as you propose for Mueller? How about for every member of Trump's WH staff, past and present, and his cabinet?
He has indicted enough people, secured enough plea deals, to establish that there is fire where there is smoke pertaining to conspiracy against the U.S. and obstruction of justice.
Money laundering charges highly likely too.
