It may be old but it's the first time I've read them coming from the NCI. I didn't expect it to affect our pps in any case. We need meaningful, substantive news from OWCP for that. Hopeful we'll get some soon. I'm intrigued by the so called financing we have thru 2018. Why haven't we heard anything about this yet?
