There is no management, no board, no transparency, etc. It is a one man show with tens of unfulfilled promises and everyone knows this. That’s why it is trading at 4.5c-5c. No real company would put a PR stating that their tertiary revenue source will create $100mn in revenues and still trade at these levels. No credibility left for this “one man show”.
It is beyond funny to talk investors who bring these up “come and take over company”...
