I can't believe that it will be much longer before cannabis is reclassified, the question is in what way.
I think it's very possible that what they do might not legalize recreational use at all, and if someone like Session's wished to push the issue, he'd say that medicinal cannabis is fine, just show me the FDA approval for the drug.
I'm not saying this will happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if over time cannabis drug products may need to be FDA approved, or they may not be available as a drug. Approved drugs would be available in any drug store, while the question might be, where will all the other products be available.
