They have cooperation from the SEC when it come to halting the trading of their publicly traded shares but, I would bet a lot of $, that they don't have cooperation from the SEC on an ICO or anything crypto currency related.
We are playing the very loooong game here. I appreciate the HJOE is being creative on financing and corporate structure. I hope, and am heavily invested, in the promise of both being fruitful.
The owners have a lot more to lose and gain then any previous shareholder so let's wait and see!
