Since becoming CEO Sept 2017 he closed acquisition of GENTS,www.gentsco.com subsidiary. GENTS has added significant sales for $HIPH and sold in Bloomingdales, Saks , Nordstrom and as of a wk ago Soul Cycle locations. Mr. Fishoff has stated he has another M&A deal in play for $HIPH to close by Q3 or sooner. In fact he named longtime $FUSZ advisor (Blaine Riley of International Monetary) to advise on #Blockchain acquisitions in play.
