$HIPH - Debuted its #CBD product prototype at several Superbowl events in Minneapolis (see past pr). $HIPH has the only hydrogen infused #CBD product in the market, LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water. Hydrogen allows for greater & quicker absorption of #CBD into the body. CEO Ryan Fishoff advised the #CBD product to be fully launched "by June or sooner" per interview 3/6/18 see below.
$HIPH is currently a bargain in my opinion. Good verified share structure at 80million outstanding! Revenue up 1,134% & debt cut 80% per recent filings and Jan 18 PR!! GENTS ,www.gentsco.com is $HIPH's newly acquired subsidiary thats added significant revenue. Also sold in 283 locations including Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and now as of a week ago Soul Cycle( see pr). Just this past week $HIPH announced the closing of a international sales/distribution deal covering China, Korea & Japan.
New CEO Ryan Fishoff took over Sept 2017. Since that time he closed the GENTS acquisition deal in Oct. Fishoff has stated he has another M&A deal for $HIPH potentially to close q3 or sooner. Mr. Fishoff began his career on Wall St doing M&A deals at Cobe Capital, www.cobecapital.com. Recently also $HIPH announced it named longtime $FUSZ advisor (Blaine Riley of International Monetary ) to $HIPH's Board on #Blockchain acquisitions. Blaine Riley is a world class dealmaker and has been largely credited in assisting $FUSZ which has gone from 7cents in Jan to 64 cents as of Friday.
