I don't buy that. SEC doesn't have the man power to investigate all the company's claiming to be doing ICO's. I was in one such company that didn't even mention doing an ICO but had crypto mentioned in their assets and received a suspension. Later after doing DD. SEC had no grounds to suspend the company and have CNBC do a false report on the company's involved.
SEC is a as crooked as I SCAM. infact SEC is so imcompetent and under employed then rely on whistle blowers to report company's. Not even being able to take the time to screen these before they decide to suspend them. It's all just a scare tactic towards something they cannot control. Sure they will suspend a few but it's a situation that is clearly out of their hands and they can't stop the ship from sinking fast enough.

What they should be spending their valuable energy on is to shut down I HUB. there is a MUCH BIGGER problem there and has been for over a decade. oodles of documented bashing, scamming corruption being sent even to this day to the SEC. yet....not legal action against them.... lets say there is an investigation....well if it's taken this long and still no resolution to shut down a blantantly obvious scam then what makes anyone think they will have a handle crypto...what a freakin joke..
