We presented Sammy Nigerian Construction Ex CEO Joel took it GREAT MOVE ON HIS PART! That co got spooked when BS loans and claims started coming through. After exhaustive investigation it was discovered that MNGG did not own those clowns a dime.
MNGG filed an 8k in Feb 2018

The co basically shed all toxic debt and investors just gave it a big yawn.
Those stock bashers / short sellers are now being sued in Delaware as they made an intertwined claim on PSRU as well (MNGG owned PSRU)
