How do you define success in plastic-to-fuel?? NASA defines it as VADXX plastic-to-fuel. below is an article on NASA.gov from over four years ago. Unfortunately after having spent $20M of investors' money on a commercial plant in Akron and completely testing the fully functioning plant, VADXX's plant appears to never have been put into productive service and they're not saying why. Success!

Success Story: VADXX Energy
Company Info:
VADXX is a high tech, recycling company that converts recyclable and non-recyclable plastic into higher value energy products. VADXX's technology offers an approach that captures the energy embedded in plastics and returns it to a useful form for society, while realizing environmental and social benefits. ...
Challenge:
VADXX Energy manufactures synthetic crude oil using solid waste streams that would otherwise be ultimately disposed of in a landfill. ...
Solution:
NASA engineers used their expertise to developed analytical models for predicting throughput. They identified throughput rates and residence times as a function of polymer decomposition kinetics, polymer viscosity, kiln tilt angles, kiln rotation rates, and zone (3) temperatures. ...

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
