The first thing I personally look for is major dilution. RSII and another investor favorite,VDRM rely exclusively on dilution to finance operations. While having authorized shares to dilute is the main reason a lot of companies go public and believe some dilution is acceptable at certain times. Excessive selling of shares and reverse splits are not acceptable and will end bad 99% of the time.
