ZPaul has confirmed through DD that this following product recently has started to earn money for SFOR when it is sold by Microsoft:

I recalled before that it was said some time ago that at the time MSFT had not sold anything requiring a payment to SFOR. However that could change in the future and now we have learned that it has. That product listing just got added to Google on 3/1/2018.
