I agree and that was the turning point for us with the MSFT/PF settlements. REF the NDA - MSFT most likely got a sweet discount for future licensing too, which will not be offered to other Industry Companies. Time will tell, it always does, paisano.

Apple and Google up next as they are using SFOR IP! My thoughts after SA BS claim is thrown out by FED Court, all current will finish settlement process and other big guns will pay w/out the litigation process -- with the IPR denial and FED Circuit SA win, R&G/SFOR Law Firms presents this to infringers.
