$HIPH- Cutting edge #CBD beverage, pretty good share structure of 79million verified outstanding. Revenue up 1,134% & debt cut by 80 % per most recent filing and Jan 18 PR. Newly acquired subsidiary GENTS,www.gentsco.com has been a significant revenue producer for $HIPH. Since it was acquired by $HIPH in Oct 2017 its been growing. GENTS subsidiary last week closed a major international distribution deal covering China, Korea and Japan (see pr). The prior week a sales & distribution deal was closed with SOUL CYCLE for all 83 locations. GENTS subsidiary sold in Saks, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and as of a wk ago SOUL CYCLE.
$HIPH currently a bargain in my opinion. Wont be shocked to see round 2 run this time to 15 cents or higher. New CEO Ryan Fishoff is a star who began career on Wall St doing M&A deals at Cobe Capital,www.cobecapital.com . Fishoff since becoming CEO of $HIPH in Sept closed GENTS acquisition. Hes stated he has another M&A deal in play for $HIPH to close by Q3 or sooner. As longtime $FUSZ advisor (Blaine Riley of International Monetary) was named to $HIPH Board to advise on pending #Blockchain acquisitions. Its looking like the other acquisition can be close to closing. Also $HIPH has the only hydrogen infused #CBD beverage in the market, LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water. $HIPH debuted its LALPINA HYDRGEN CBD prototype at several Superbowl events in Minneapolis (see past pr). In a interview a week ago Fishoff stated full release of #CBD product by June or sooner. When prototype was announced it cause an explosion stock price. Can only imagine what will happen when full release of the #CBD product is put out.
$HIPH a bargain currently and just starting to get attention. For sure one to keep on radar or to pick up shares in my opinion.
