Agree. Like you, I do not speak legaleze. Taking advantage of the "gray area" you mentioned, bashers tried to take advantage of our confusion to engender doubt in our minds regarding the large deals Mark has worked so hard to bring to fruition. Knowing the conservative nature of our retired banker CEO, I am confident he sought legal counsel on the isue of an 8-K. Mark would IMHO seek to follow not only the letter, but the spirit of the law. He will announce one those deals no later than May 15 via a PR or 1Q18 in perfect accordance with the law and SEC rules/regulations. That is the simply way the man operates!
