Grasshopper , if I was dealing to buy a company and they threw this's offer out I would be offended , lifscans been losing market share since 2012 l think I’d be looking into who’s gaining that market share and broadcast an offer for that company . It appears the longer this drags out lifescans value decreases, so maybe that’s part of sinocare plan .
