Woah! I missed something. 650K in the USA and 100M+ worldwide? I would think the USA is more than 0.65% of the chemo/radiation market. Where did you come up with such a large number for outside the USA? I ask because your stuff is usually bullet proof but at $200/patient you just made this a $20B/year drug with your figure.
