If they are spreading lies, then SIGO can sue them for slander/libel.

He has made some very damning statements and take responsibility for them as being truthful. Surfkast has done the same. Read the posts yourself. He also knows the debt holder and says he and wade have an agreement to dilute the shares. He is claiming he talked to them personally.
They have tanked the stock price with their knowledge. I won't buy another share.
