I agree, there is most likely manipulation happening. At the same time I believe there is some type of que that people are in when placing their orders. It was already proven by emperical evidence by Porteno that although he had a matched order to buy/sell with another trader it wasn't being processed all the while other trades at lower pps were going through. that proved his theory there is clear manipulation even happening in the grey market.
