The stock price is not going up because LAM is still selling their shares. In SB's letter today, he said they were 99% done.
Look at the tranches: last one was 300 million shares. It takes weeks to unload that kind of quantity. But the fact that the price has stabilized here and has even risen from .0018 shows that there are plenty of buyers to absorb those shares.
When LAM is done, it will be announced. Then watch what happens.
