It very well could have been. I assumed Leon was actually brought on to complete corporate structure to list on Canadian exchange/German. He still could be added to structure later to handle regulatory side of sales and maybe was announced premature. Who know really and it's just par for the course as the company continues to operate in stealth mode we are left guessing and speculating.
