....both GM and Pat Scorzelli were at Biolog. I imagine they both received shares in that (private) company.
....were it me and given the stated intent of DUTV, I'd work w/known connections 1st, (especially if I had an interest in the company and it fit the need).
I think the previous article is a good illustration of how people think and $$ flows.
