You have to remember when trying to see your bid on the L@ if the MM that is handling your trade has a bid higher than yours it will not show up on the L2 until the other bids higher than yours clear. same with the ask side if you have an ask higher than the MM handling your trade has with another order your order will not show up until the lower asks are cleared.
I am talking about something completely different. These asks are showing up on the time sales as the lowest ask and on the L2 the lowest ask is higher than it. It is beyond an MM having another ask lower, it is actually more like a phantom ask and sometimes it fills and sometimes it moves, but every time it fills it doesn't show as a "green" sale it shows as a "white" (between ask and bid) trade.
