GPLS PR’d on 3/9/18 about the change back to the original name, and that it had hired the accounting firm DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants, http://www.dmcl.ca to perform an audit of the Company’s financials in anticipation of becoming a fully-reporting issuer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

GPLS also stated in this PR that it’s name change was denied by FINRA, and after the completion of a full audit of its financials GPLS said it again would apply for a name change with FINRA of the same name CannCo Brands & Development, Inc.
