I highly doubt they have a JV....or anything close to it. GC just wants the stock price to go up so he can dilute...It's so obvious with his ridiculous tweets, re-tweets and his vaguely worded PR's all packaged together with a horrible history. Please prove me wrong!


I mean honestly CEO's with the goods don't have to tweet outrageous statements to get the stock going...
