What's interesting is Level 2 displays on the otcmarkets.com site as opposed to the brokers' "Level 2." They rarely agree.
I do think there is a time lag, and the otcmarkets quotes are delayed. But there are VERY significant differences most of the time between them. Even when we went an hour without a trade, they quotes did not agree. (The time lag should have been immaterial when trade was flatlining for so long.)
And very often, my orders are NEVER shown. Or I'll see bids and asks, but then an order actually crosses and it's a very different price.
