JMHO Usually a "newbie" will come up with a less "impressive sounding" name than "Pro-Bio".They also usually don't come out swinging out of the gate.
As far as the SP declining goes,many stocks usually go up on good news not down.Aspire's selling should have been more than offset by more buying but,of course,the MM's and manipulators kept a clamp on the buying by manipulating and spreading FUD.
Non Retail didn't want buying.(They were probably more than happy to scoop up the cheap shares themselves at (and under) the bid) and keep real investors from getting their hands on them.It also helped prop up their inventories for when the "Real News" hits so they can sell into it and try to control any run up.
