That post sounds like someone who's not familiar with the TOS over there. The bashers know how to get around the TOS and they know that post wouldn't last for a minute. So what's the point of posting it?

If I have to make a guess, it was written by a newbie instead of a basher. Whether the newbie is long or short is another story.
