I thought I saw somewhere from the company the vote or something about having the RS but yes hardly any company puts down an exact date of when it would take effect. FINRA needs to approve and there are other matters that come up with regards to placing an exact date so the only mention was of course yesterday on FINRA's Daily List to take effect the next day which is the norm with the process.
