They can, as many OTC listed companies do, file an NT 10-K in place of the year end report, and push it off a week or two like they did last year. They should have really nice content in the 1st quarter 2018 fins, so they very well may try and push the two reports closer together.
They're well aware of the attention paid to this ticker for short term gains due to the historical volatility surrounding key press releases and filings. Bottom line, if they delay, it's not the train wreck bashers would have you believing it to be. It's quite common.
The nice numbers are on the way, but nobody following this company closely is expecting fireworks and a parade for the contents of the 2017 annual report. $$RMHB$$
