They always put scary-looking fake blocks of "ask" but those blocks disappear when someone comes in wanting to buy at that level. Some time ago one of our regarded members tried to buy at the ask when there were supposedly 70k shares on the ask. Magically that block disappeared when he put his genuine order in.

This is why the so-called Level 2 is interesting to watch but must be viewed with caution, as it does NOT accurately reflect what's really happening.

This is true of larger stocks too, not just IPIX.
