When firing or swapping the team out doesn't work, it is time to admit it was a bad hire and fire the boss. Good teams are good from the top down and bad teams are bad from the top down. This is a bad team. No leadership. They wonder why all of the cabinet members are joyously spending our money. Geez. Look at the boss. He could resign today and his actions will reward his cronies and penalize us for years to come.
