No I am talking about the exact date. I know that the fact that there will be an RS was announced, and that the exact date is still to be determined.
I got my answer though. date was never announced.
I'm relatively new to the whole RS/FS legality thing. I thought that the exact date of the RS must be announced in advance because that is usually what happens in most stocks.
