The guy just wanted to call out that he was out of prison, but the point was he went to prison for running a scam site and using it to pump and dump.
Additionally, he left out that Matthew Brown appealed to the Federal Courts his restitution settlement of 4+ million dollars to be reduced all the way down to 117k. The feds basically said screw you case dismissed, now pay the 4 million.
