Anybody that assumed the RS wasn't happening after it was filed with WYSOS is living in lala land. Wang has been very deliberate with every move he has made here.
This wasn't done for no reason, and it wasn't done to dilute. Think about it. Eventually there may be a FS but even if there's not the likely scenario is eventually you 20x your money or more.
