A thought...what if Parsi fully participates in this offering ? What if Philip G. and John K. were the accumulators of 7.3M shares each between 9/25 - 10/31 and also fully participate?
Well, we would be looking at approx 52M + 29.2M X 3 cents = $2.43M raised which is plenty for 3 new restaurants !! I really doubt too many others would participate without big news hitting soon. Is it by design that we may not get it? HHHMMMMMMMM
