Now that the 10Q filing for the quarter ending Dec 31, 2017 is about a month late with no public reason announced as to why, what steps will the SEC take?
When do they typically step in and revoke the stock and banish it to the Gray Market? Don't tell me it can't happen- but if it can't in our situation, do tell me Why?
