I used to. I'll take a look but I don't think I downloaded like I should have. Hike and Tangerine are the likely ones to have it actually. On the previous topic, I do remember Elite saying the Proxy/Nevada would save the company $180 in fees. And I think that was per year....no small change for the company at this point.

Do I think it was for another reason beyond this. Yes I do believe it was for the company not to be taken over. And the whole dilution here is more than annoying right. The company is going to have to put out an abuse resistant product just to get enough revenue generated so dilution becomes much less of an issue. Right now it is killing us smaller investors.
