Re: Krisandtilly #88864
IMO those who are short are doing all they can to prevent the 21 million being transferred to NTEK. I suspect David and the lender are both well aware of the situation and hopefully they are receiving expert advice on how to handle it.
David cannot talk about the abusive naked short selling without drawing the ire of the SEC and you can be sure the shorts would love to have the SEC come down on NTEK. We must continue to be patient. The good news is that the outstanding has not increased in a long time to my knowledge and each day shares are accumulated the pressure on those short intensifies. If we should attract some new whales and if after accumulating they demanded their shares in certificate form things might get real interesting as those supposedly lending shares to those shorting them would likely raise the interest rate charged. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if some of our larger investors have already been offered payment for lending their shares. I hope they say no and I also hope all investors check their own accounts to make sure they are listed as cash and not margin accounts. This is something we can do at no cost to make it more difficult for the shorts and it doesn't cost us a dime. Go NTEK!!!
