Man i know how you feel about the Audit. It helps provide "validity" to a company but at the same time, it's not required. I know in one of his updates prior he had to clear up some issue with Canada (I thought) that was left over from the last CEO. Since Audit's are costly i personally wouldn't expect one till next year.

In the meantime i'm personally perfectly fine with the company adhering to the reporting guidelines dictated by OTC.
