JF had little to nothing to do with the rise to $3+. The entire sector got a boost when it was thought there was going to be a MMJ ETF that we would be listed on. Friedland sold his shares illegally but had little to do with the rise. There may have been other industry wide factors but nothing specific to OWCP.
