Yes, I agree, it would be good to hear about all of these items. The news today shows continued forward progress, and news regarding a private label partner would be outstanding.

I have a feeling we’re at the mercy of the court system regarding any updates on the case status. Being that it’s been quiet for so long, I think there must be something happening behind the scenes. We should hear something soon though. IMO
