Could some of the debt owed to SB be a part of the dilution? Did he ever discuss how the $2,000,000 debt owed for FMS was to be paid? I wonder if the CEO might be re-couping some of the payment he is owed? I wouldn't blame him, just wondering if he ever explained how the payments would be scheduled for the purchase?
