In my opinion the caveat to that is maybe we are able to provide substantial information to FINRA/MAZARS to fulfill our obligations to proceed. This may be possible, but I really don't have any idea how that works when a company is legitimately trying to provide everything but can't under those circumstances.
Have to trust that the Lawyer has reviewed all happenings and is honestly reporting that SB has provided stockholders with sufficient clarity into the financials of the business.
