well we just raised $1.25M after you take out expenses, so that oughta do it, but I'd rather let it ride a few years lol and leave a little for the lawyers. Now that the lawsuit is behind us, our filings can be clean, and we can move forward without the ridiculous threat of owing a zillion dollars.
other things we learned from the Reg D filed today related to the 5x$300k raise is that the management/director team at this time is GC, JC, Mr. Huffman, Mr. Harris, and Mr. Spence.
