there was the promise of a quarterly update and that has failed.
Not the case. all of the prior quarterly updates have been given the last week of the quarter. If one does not come by the end of March, then it can be deemed as failed, IMO. Valid point on the financials--I believe it was late November that they said they were all up to date, then the Songbird deal was scuttled, no word of the financials since then, that to me is a concern. Still hoping for the best.
