Long term holders don't usually care what flips and traders do. What many long term holders do care about, at least in my opinion, occurs when the flips and traders use bully tactics to attempt to get a company to view only the short term, things that only help flips and traders, and when a company or a group of shareholders do not comply, the flips and traders become abusive, or worse.
