yep .. but i applaud any OTC target whose mgmt is *aware* of not having a blown out I/O for the *years* it may take for mgmt to execute in total .. *legal* short (vs. abusive) is taken off of the float not the I/O .. my expectation is PTI will do *volume* in excess of 30M~ today .. and will trigger reg sho within a few days (5 approx)

this is why *imo* if one understands targeted OTC patterns .. exchange traded stox are like taking candy from a baby
