There is the matter of 1.469 Billion ENTI exit divvy's with paper, about 404,000,000 ENTI divvy's payment for IYP and a 78k investment listed on ENTI 2011 quarterly 780,000,000 shares would be my thoughts
Not enough shares at DUTV unless 30,000,000 preferred shares are filled at DUTV then common are issued on that . Leaving DUTV with Capital and 1,000,000,000 shares in there war chest for acquisitions and other business...
That is my position on what is in the work to make DUTV current and a MMJ company.
Where the price lands on common hard to say...But I can image 1,000,000 Ally held DUTV won't go anywhere...thus holding the price. Making those 1,000,000,000 common like holding GOLD.
Could be wrong...but that process would bring great value to DUTV share holders...
