SIGO is late with their 10K because this is the first one for them and being a marijuana company, there are challenges for the accountants and auditors. SIGO recently hired an accounting firm and a new auditor to get this 10K finished and filed. It is in the works, they have informed the SEC.
The SEC is not shutting down SIGO next week if they don't file on Friday. That is total scare tatics by Surfkast on IHUB and his band of ID's.
Several fell for it yesterday and crashed the price on panic selling. Buy the dips, the greenhouses are getting full and the harvests are occurring. Instagram pics show this is not a Scam. Those who slander this company get away with it constantly on IHUB - all fake and they get away with it. Very sad.
But I love the cheap shares! loading the boat when they knock the price down.
